Autek A/S is the developer and producer of OPTO-PLUS, automotive test equipment for testing comfortability, security and economy of a vehicle. End-users of our products are automotive garages.
 
OPTO-PLUS is marketed in more than 40 different countries around the world. Turnover is at about USD 3 mio. Our main idea is to produce high quality equipment to test and to optimize comfortability, security and economy.
 
Autek A/S is a modern company – we dominate the knowledge, therefore R/D of hardware and software, service and education of wheel alignment is in-house. On the contrary we shall out-source production/pre-fabrication to subcontractors, controle the assembly of parts in-house.
Above mentioned philosiphy is modern and simple - our strength is our knowledge, not how to make pre-fabrics.
 
On the sales side we strive to keep a close relationship to our importers. We have one or two importers on each market, depending on the size of the market. The core concept is to make a full education of the importer, who has the knowledge of the market regarding know-who and language. The importer has to have a salestaff with technical experience or assisted by a technician. He has full responsability for sale and service in his area.
 
When selecting an importer, we look at the above qualities/capabilities and the size of the company related to the market. We like to co-operate with companies our size – not larger nor smaller.
